I remember there was an incident on racecourse three years back, when I and my family went to watch horseracing in Europe. The environment was pleased and healthy. We were sitting in the balcony seats and watching the race for hours. My friend Fred was one the participant in the race. He was a good athlete and having his own Horse farm. He was riding on horse since childhood as his father is a good horse rider. He got all the training from him and now running a small horse riding school. He is a tough fighter and won several medals in racing. He was running last race of his career and was suppose to take retirement from commercial racing. But that day when he was running the race suddenly horse fence broke down he got injured. The fence was vinyl fence. Immediately the available doctors rushed to him and did medication on him.
Also because of that incident other race course owners began looking into vinyl fence, and vinyl fencing. Approximately after 10-20 days they came up with few common rules should be followed by all race course owners as well as horse owners. The rules they made were very strict in order to avoid protect lives of runners and horse. The rule was no runner is allowed to run near the horse fence. The minimum safety distance was decided and marking will be done on the ground in order to avoid any confusion or misinterpretation from players during the game. Also it will be with such a color that horse can identify it as danger and will run away from it. My friend Fred and the players committee immediately agreed on the rules and asked the owners to immediately take
