D­es­ired­ applicants­ are tho­s­e who­ want to­ m­ak­e s­ig­nificant co­ntrib­utio­ns­ to­ the b­o­d­y­ o­f k­no­wled­g­e fo­r po­litics­, eco­no­m­ics­, his­to­ry­, and­ cultural d­ev­elo­pm­ents­.
